I recently booked a vacation through their website and I found the selection of properties to be quite impressive. The website was easy to navigate, and the reservation process was straightforward. However, I did encounter some communication issues with the customer service team, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The property itself was nice but didn't quite live up to the pictures on the website. Overall, it was an average experience. The concept is great but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and accuracy of property representation. I hope they take steps to address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers. 👍
