I recently tried the prosciutto from Brendolan Prosciutti Spa and I must say it was excellent. The flavor was rich and savory, with just the right amount of saltiness. The texture was perfect, not too dry or too moist. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the prosciutto and would highly recommend it to others.
