The overall experience with Omega Photo was average. The customer service was decent but not exceptional. I found the prices to be reasonable and the website easy to navigate. However, the quality of the products could be improved. The camera I purchased had some issues and I had to return it for a replacement. Overall, I would say Omega Photo is a decent place to purchase photography equipment.
