I have been with Evonik carbon black nederland b.v. for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their carbon black products is good, but their customer service needs improvement. They often take a long time to respond to inquiries and their communication can be a bit unprofessional at times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
