I recently used the services of Allied Coatings, Inc. for a commercial project and found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, the customer service experience was average. The staff seemed knowledgeable about their products but were not very responsive to queries and took a while to get back to me. The products I ordered arrived in good condition and were of good quality, but the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I hope they can improve their communication and delivery timelines to enhance the customer experience.
