As a first-time homebuyer, I chose to work with Key Realty to find my dream home. The team was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. 😊 However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times, and I had to follow up frequently to get updates on the status of my home search. 🏡 Additionally, I felt that the properties presented to me were not always aligned with my preferences, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, my experience with the company was average, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and understanding client needs.
