The staff was professional and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met during such a difficult time. The website was informative, offering detailed information about their services and pricing. However, we felt that the personal touch was lacking. We did not feel a strong connection or empathy from the team, which made the experience feel more transactional than comforting. Additionally, the facility itself could benefit from some updates and improvements. While Reis family mortuary provided us with the necessary services, we walked away feeling like just another customer rather than individuals going through a tremendous loss.
