My experience with Bandwin was average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. However, the customer service was not very responsive. The product I received was of decent quality, but it could have been better. The delivery was on time, which was a positive. Overall, I would say that Bandwin is an okay company, but they need to improve their customer service.
