I found the training courses from Value Stream Academy to be average. The instructors were knowledgeable, but I feel there could have been more hands-on practical exercises. The customer support was responsive, but some of my queries were not fully addressed. Overall, I think there is room for improvement, especially in terms of providing more practical examples.
