I recently had the opportunity to stay with Sara's Homestay during my vacation and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services, which was helpful in making my decision to book. However, I found the booking process to be a bit slow, and the customer service was just okay.

The homestay itself was decent, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, I feel that the amenities could have been better. The breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety. Additionally, the location was not as convenient as I had hoped, with limited transportation options nearby.

One positive aspect was the friendly and accommodating staff who were always ready to assist. However, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The company has potential, but improvements in areas such as booking efficiency and enhanced amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.
