I recently purchased a water filtration system from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the product I was looking for without any issues. The ordering process was straightforward, and my purchase arrived within the expected timeframe. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about the installation process, and it took several attempts to get a response from their support team. Additionally, the product itself did not exceed my expectations. While it does the job adequately, I was hoping for better water quality and taste. Overall, I would say that this company provides average service and products.
