I recently had the opportunity to work with Nelgo Manufacturing Co and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website is user-friendly and provides basic information about the company's services. However, I found that the communication with their customer service team was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response, and even then, the responses were not always thorough or timely. Additionally, the lead time for my order was longer than expected, causing delays in my own project. On a positive note, the quality of the product I received was satisfactory and met my expectations. While Nelgo Manufacturing Co has potential, they could benefit from improving their customer service and delivery times to provide a better overall experience for their clients.
