👍 The website of this financial company was easy to navigate and had a professional look. 👨‍💼 However, I found the services provided to be average at best. The information provided was basic and lacked detailed explanations 📘, which left me wanting more. In addition, the response time to my inquiries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a satisfactory answer. 💤 The customer service could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the company did deliver on their promises and I did receive the services I paid for. 💰 However, I expected a more personalized approach and a higher level of expertise considering it is a financial institution.
