I have been a customer of Old Republic Specialty Insurance Underwriters for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been nothing but average. Their customer service is mediocre at best, and I have had numerous issues with them. One thing that really bothers me is their slow response time. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, it takes them forever to get back to me. This is unacceptable for an insurance company that claims to provide excellent service. Overall, I would rate Old Republic Specialty Insurance Underwriters as average.
