I have been a customer of Novartis Pharma - Saudi Arabia for a while now and I must say that the overall experience has been average. The customer service is responsive, but there have been a few instances where my queries were not addressed properly. The quality of their products is decent, but I have come across a few issues with expired medications. They need to improve their quality control processes.
