I recently used University Movers to move my belongings to my new apartment and I must say, I had a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The movers arrived on time and were professional in their approach. They efficiently loaded and unloaded my belongings without any damage. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication during the process. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on the status of my move. Also, I found their pricing to be a little on the higher side compared to other moving companies I have used in the past. Overall, my move went smoothly but there were a few areas where I feel University Movers could improve to provide a better customer experience.
