As someone who frequently uses drone services, I recently decided to give this company a try. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of services offered. However, I found the customer service to be just average. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The responsiveness to my inquiries was slow, and I encountered some issues with the scheduling process. The actual drone service itself was satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. I was hoping for more attention to detail and a smoother overall experience.
