The Sweet homes group of companies is simply average. I have had some good experiences with them, but also some not so great ones. The quality of their homes is hit or miss. Some are beautiful and well-maintained, while others have obvious issues that were not disclosed before purchase. Their customer service is also hit or miss. Sometimes they are responsive and attentive, while other times they completely ignore my concerns. Overall, I would say they are just average.
