I recently ordered some artisanal cheeses from their website and was impressed by the wide selection available. The website’s user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the packaging of the cheeses upon delivery. Despite being securely wrapped, a few of the cheeses had slight blemishes and didn't seem as fresh as I had hoped. Additionally, the delivery took a bit longer than expected, which was a bit of a letdown. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and professional when I reached out about the issues. Overall, I'd say my experience was just okay. I appreciated the selection and service, but improvements could be made in the packaging and delivery. 🧀
