I recently booked a trip with Amera Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found that the customer service was lacking. I had some questions about the itinerary and it took a while to get a response. Overall, not a bad experience but there is room for improvement.
