I recently purchased a filtration system from this company and was somewhat underwhelmed by the overall experience. While the product itself functions as expected and seems of decent quality, the customer service left something to be desired. The website was fairly easy to navigate but lacked some important information, which made it a bit frustrating to find what I needed. Additionally, the delivery took longer than I had anticipated, causing a slight inconvenience. Overall, the product does its job, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and communication.
