I had a really great experience at Jacksonville Hearing & Balance Institute. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the wait time was minimal. The audiologist was thorough and patient during the hearing test. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!
