I recently availed the services of this medical data systems company and found it to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a decent amount of information about their services. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with their customer support. It took them longer than expected to respond to my queries, and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. The billing process was also a bit confusing and could have been more transparent. On the positive side, the company did deliver the data analysis reports within the promised time frame, which was a relief. Overall, I would rate my experience with this medical data systems company as average. There is room for improvement in terms of customer support and billing processes.
