I had a mixed experience with BSB Europe. Overall, their service was average. There were some areas where they exceeded my expectations and others where they fell short. The communication was good, and they were prompt in resolving any issues. However, the quality of their products was not up to the mark. I had to return a few items due to defects. The customer service was helpful in handling the returns, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. I hope they work on improving the quality of their products.
