I recently decided to engage with this company to manage a property that I own. Overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the communication to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Once we did start working together, I found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. They were able to address any concerns I had promptly. On the downside, I felt that the fees charged were on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the industry. Despite these shortcomings, the company did an adequate job in managing my property and ensuring that everything was taken care of.
