I've been a customer of On telecoms for a while now and I must say their service is average at best. The internet speed is decent, but there are frequent outages that can be quite frustrating. Their customer service is also not the best. It takes a long time to get a response and sometimes the representatives are not very helpful. Overall, I would say there is room for improvement.
