I recently engaged a security firm for my business needs, and I decided to go with Apex Security Group Inc. The website was easy to navigate, and their range of services seemed comprehensive. However, once I signed up with them, the communication from their end was not as prompt as I had hoped. The onboarding process took longer than expected, and there were a few bureaucratic hurdles that I had to navigate. Once things were up and running, the service was adequate, but I can't say it exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the professionalism of the guards, but there were a couple of instances where the shift handover seemed a bit disorganized. Overall, the experience was average and I hoped for a bit more attention to detail and proactive communication from the company.
