I've been practicing mindfulness for a few months ...

I've been practicing mindfulness for a few months now, and I recently stumbled upon a wonderful online program. It's called Ocean Mindfulness and it has truly enhanced my practice. The courses are well-structured and the instructors provide clear explanations. I particularly love the ocean sounds in the background, they create a calming and serene atmosphere. Highly recommended!
