I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The company could definitely improve in this area. On a positive note, the technology they offer seems advanced and up-to-date. I appreciated the range of services they provide, as it gave me options to suit my needs. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have potential, but there are areas that need improvement, particularly in customer service.
