My experience with Chateau de bayou was average. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was polite. However, the overall quality of the products was just mediocre. I expected more considering the price. The shipping was also a bit delayed, which was a disappointment. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I probably won't be purchasing from them again.
