I moved into a Derby run apartment a couple of months ago, and I must say it's been a pleasant experience. The apartment itself is well-maintained and the neighborhood is peaceful. The management is friendly and always ready to help. The only downside is that the rent could be a little lower considering the location. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to live.
