I recently hired an electromechanical company for some works and had a mixed experience. While the work itself was completed satisfactorily, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very responsive and it took a lot of effort to get timely updates on the progress. This lack of communication was quite frustrating. However, the quality of the work was good and the technicians were skilled. Overall, an average experience due to the poor customer service.
