The experience I had with this company was fairly average. Their website, spfco.net, was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their products and services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the communication was not very clear or helpful.

In terms of their products, the quality was decent but nothing outstanding. The specialty plastics I purchased were functional, but I noticed some minor imperfections in the fabrication. Although they did deliver the products on time, I believe there are other companies out there that could offer better value for the price.

Overall, I would rate this company as average. While they have a decent range of products and a user-friendly website, their customer service and product quality could use some improvement. I might consider trying out other options before returning to them for future purchases.
