I had a mixed experience with Domestic violence assistance. While their website dvasc.org was informative and provided helpful resources regarding domestic violence, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and not very knowledgeable about the services they offered. However, the support group that I attended was led by a caring and compassionate facilitator who made me feel heard and understood. Overall, I would rate my experience with Domestic violence assistance as average.
