🙏I can't express how grateful I am to have found Shanti Yoga Shala. The classes are amazing and the instructors are so knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. It's such a welcoming and inclusive environment, where everyone can feel comfortable and supported. The studio itself has a calming energy that helps me to truly connect with my practice.
