I recently had the opportunity to work with a company in the engineering field, and while my experience was not outstanding, it was also not disappointing. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing a clear understanding of the services offered. However, the overall customer service could use some improvement. It took a bit longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and there was a lack of proactive communication. On the positive side, the engineers I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional. The project was completed on time, but I felt that the attention to detail could have been better. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
