I had an average experience working with a design agency recently. While they were able to meet my basic requirements, I felt that their creativity and attention to detail could have been better. The final result did not fully align with my vision, but it was acceptable. The team was professional and responsive throughout the process, but I believe there is room for improvement in their design approach.
