I recently had the opportunity to work with a local agency for my insurance needs, and I must say, my experience with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information regarding their services. I appreciated their prompt response to my inquiry and their willingness to address my concerns. However, I felt that the level of customer service could have been improved. The agent I spoke to seemed a bit disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. It would have been great if they had taken the time to provide more personalized recommendations based on my specific needs. Overall, the company provided the basic services I was looking for, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and attentiveness.
