I recently opened an account at this bank and have had an average experience so far. The website is easy to navigate, and the mobile app is convenient for managing my account on the go. However, the customer service at the branch I visited was a bit lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and the wait times were longer than expected. On the positive side, the ATM network is extensive, which is convenient for withdrawals.
