I recently purchased a table tennis set from this website and was impressed with the variety of products available. However, the customer service experience was average at best. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiry about shipping, and the delivery time was longer than expected. The quality of the product itself is decent, but I wish the company would improve their communication and shipping efficiency. The website is user-friendly, but the overall experience left me feeling indifferent. Hopefully, they can work on addressing these issues to provide a more satisfactory experience for future customers. 🏓
