👍 I recently had a cracked windshield and went to fixmyquack.com for a repair. The overall experience was decent. The website was easy to navigate and booking an appointment was hassle-free. The technician arrived promptly and was professional. However, the quality of the repair was not exceptional. While the crack was fixed, there were still some visible marks left behind, which was a bit disappointing. The price was average compared to other similar services. Customer service was satisfactory, but I felt they could improve their communication and follow-up after the service. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement. I would consider using them again if needed, but I do hope for better results next time. 😊
