I recently had the opportunity to work with a trucking company that left a somewhat average impression on me. While their website was well-designed and easy to navigate, the overall experience didn't blow me away. The customer service was efficient, but lacked a personal touch that I often look for in companies. Additionally, the delivery process was fairly smooth, with no major issues, but it didn't go above and beyond my expectations. However, I must say that their pricing was competitive and reasonable, which was definitely a positive aspect. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They seem to get the job done, but don't offer anything exceptional that sets them apart from their competitors.
