I recently used an accounting firm to handle my financial affairs and was very disappointed with the service I received. The overall experience was great and the staff was very professional and courteous. However, there were a few issues that I had with the company. The first issue was that they were not able to provide me with a detailed breakdown of my expenses, which made it difficult for me to track my spending. The second issue was that they did not have a user-friendly online platform for me to access my financial information. Overall, while the service was great, these issues were enough for me to consider looking for another accounting firm.
