I recently hired a DJ for my event through the company's website. The overall experience was average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse through the available DJs and their profiles. However, the communication with the company was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which made the planning process quite frustrating. On the positive side, the DJ we booked was professional and did a decent job during the event. The music selection was good, but there were some technical issues with the sound system. Overall, it was an average experience, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and technical execution.
