The company's website is well organized and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall experience to be average. 🤷‍♀️ The membership benefits are decent, but nothing exceptional. The events calendar offers a variety of activities, but I was disappointed with the lack of diversity in some of the events. 😕 The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but there were times when it took a while to receive a response to my inquiries. ⏳ On the positive side, the community is welcoming and made me feel included. 👍 The company could improve by focusing on enhancing the value of the membership and offering more unique and inclusive events.
