I have to say that New frontier entertainment is just average. The website is okay, but it's not anything special. It could definitely be improved in terms of design and functionality. The customer support team is responsive, but I've had mixed experiences with them. Sometimes they're helpful, and other times they're not able to provide the solution I need. Overall, it's an average company that could use some improvements.
