I recently worked with a design company to develop a new product, and I have to say that I had a somewhat average experience. While the team was responsive and friendly, I felt that the communication could have been more transparent and timely. The design process was creative and innovative, but I hoped for a bit more customization and attention to detail. The company's website is sleek and professional, and it was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I expected a more diverse portfolio showcasing a wider range of projects. Overall, I appreciate the effort put into the project but feel that there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and project customization.
