I recently purchased a flow computer from their website. The user interface was intuitive, and the product was easy to install. However, I experienced some issues with the accuracy of the measurements.🤔 Additionally, I found the customer support to be a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. On the positive side, the product was delivered on time, and the packaging was secure. Overall, the experience was average - there are definitely areas for improvement, but the potential is there for a great customer experience. I hope they can enhance their accuracy and customer service to truly stand out in the industry.
