I recently purchased some frames from the company's website. 😐 Although there were some aspects I liked, overall my experience was just average. The website itself was easy to navigate and had a wide variety of frames to choose from. 😊 However, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other brands. 🤔 The quality of the frames I received was satisfactory, but not exceptional. 😕 They seemed to be made of decent materials, but lacked that extra touch of luxury. 😐 The customer service was also mediocre, as their response time to my queries was quite slow. ⏳ In terms of packaging and shipping, everything arrived in good condition and within the estimated delivery time. 📦 Overall, it was an okay experience, but I may explore other options in the future.
