I recently joined Cardio55 and it has been an average experience so far. The trainers are knowledgeable but sometimes lack energy during the sessions. The facilities are decent but could be cleaner. The class schedule is a bit limited and I find it difficult to fit my workouts into my daily routine. Overall, Cardio55 is an average fitness center but there is room for improvement.
